Trained in Hybrid Shooting
One thing that sets our team apart is that every photographer and videographer on our team is trained in hybrid shooting.
What does that mean? Instead of being limited to only capturing photos or only capturing video, our team members can seamlessly switch between the two throughout the day. If a meaningful moment unfolds unexpectedly, they can quickly capture it in whichever format is needed. If they discover a unique angle or perspective, they can document it as both a photo and a video clip without missing a beat.
This flexibility allows us to tell your story more completely, maximize coverage throughout the day, and ensure fewer moments slip by unnoticed. It's just one more way we work together as a team to create a seamless photo and video experience.

When one of our associate teams photographs or films your wedding, you're still receiving the experience and style you've come to us for. From planning assistance and communication to editing and final delivery, we remain involved behind the scenes to ensure everything aligns with the standards we've built our reputation on.

Our associate team allows us to serve more couples while maintaining the style, experience, and attention to detail that brought you here in the first place.
Each member of our associate team regularly photographs and films weddings alongside us before leading weddings on their own. We don't simply hand over a camera and wish them luck—we invest in making sure every couple receives an experience that feels consistent with The Montgomerys brand.
Meet The Team
Amanda + Ben
These two are the muscle behind the moments: experienced, calm, and ready to capture every big and small connection with heart.
Amanda + Ben are another incredible redhead and mustached combo. They are married, doing life together, and together they help us to capture every single moment.
Combined they have 14 years of wedding experience. They’re both incredibly handy with a camera, but when they’re not shooting with us, they’re busy running their own small businesses!

Allie
Always thinking ahead, always supportive, and always rooting for the couple first — Allie sees beauty in the details and brings joy to every shoot
Allie is our sweet friend who always seems to know the up and coming wedding trend. She is creative, kind, and oh so genuine. She inspires us, encourages us to think creatively, and always has an extra lens pantyhose (IYKYK!).
Allie shoots for her own wedding photography company when she’s not shooting with us. You can catch her traveling all over Texas and spending time with her kids and husband.
She is always dedicated to her couple, willing to hold a veil or carry the dress train. We are so honored to work alongside her!
Jordan
Voted most likely to spot an airplane and know every fact about it on your wedding day— Jordan is dedicated to capturing the details and having a heart of servitude. Whether he’s carrying the bride’s bouquet in one hand, he’s guaranteed to still be working the gimbal in the other hand.
Jordan has been shooting weddings for nearly a decade and when he’s not shooting with us, you can find him shooting TONS of his own weddings (the man is BUSY).
Kris
I haven’t fact checked this— but I’m pretty sure Kris has been shooting weddings longer than we’ve been alive.
He is by far the wisest and the first we go to with technical or equipment questions. He is kind, calm, and incredibly encouraging. He makes sure each couple is seen and cared for in the littlest ways. Kris is such a vital part of our team, but when he isn’t shooting with us he is shooting for his own company that he and his talented wife own!
