Scheduling + Next Steps
This page will guide you through the scheduling and booking process so you know what to expect and feel confident every step of the way.
1. Availability Check
Once we receive your inquiry, we’ll check availability for your date or session window. If we’re a great fit and your date is open, we’ll send you a personalized availability email with next steps.
2. Proposal + details
We’ll communicate via email about pricing, collections, deliverables, and scheduling details tailored to your plans. This gives you everything you need to make a decision without any guesswork.
3. Secure your date
To officially reserve your date or session, we ask for the paid retainer. Once that’s complete, your date is officially yours.
For all lifestyle and portrait sessions, a $75 retainer is due to save your date.
For Mini Sessions, the full fee is due at booking.
4. Planning Together
After you’re booked, we’ll:
• Connect about your vision and priorities
• Help with location and timing suggestions
• Share our Style + Prep Guide to help prepare for comfort and presence on the day of your session.
