We are a husband-and-wife–led photo and film team, offering photography and videography under one roof. This allows us to work seamlessly together, anticipate moments intuitively, and tell your story with consistency across both mediums.
From the way your day flows to the way it’s edited and delivered, everything is designed to feel cohesive — visually, emotionally, and practically. No competing directions. No duplicated moments. Just a unified team documenting your wedding as it naturally unfolds.

We believe a great experience starts long before the wedding day. Clear communication, thoughtful preparation, and aligned expectations allow everything to feel calm, intentional, and well-supported from start to finish.
Below is an overview of what working together looks like.
Once you inquire, we’ll review your date, location, and vision to ensure we’re the right fit. From there, we’ll schedule a phone call to connect personally, answer any remaining questions, and talk through what matters most to you.
This call is never about pressure or upselling — it’s about alignment. We want to make sure our approach, style, and process feel right for you.

When you’re ready to move forward, we’ll send a custom proposal through HoneyBook that includes:
your selected collection
contract
payment schedule
A 25% non-refundable retainer officially reserves your wedding date. The remaining balance is split into installment payments, with the final payment due one month before the wedding.
We encourage all couples to read through the contract thoroughly. Everything is designed to be clear, transparent, and expectation-setting — nothing hidden, nothing unclear.

Once your contract is signed and retainer is paid, you’re welcome to schedule your complimentary engagement or bridal session (if included in your collection).
These sessions are about more than just photos:

The Wedding Day

On your wedding day, our role is to be steady, observant, and intentional — so you don’t have to think about the cameras at all.
We arrive prepared— familiar with your timeline, priorities, and the people who matter most to you. Throughout the day, we read the room, anticipate transitions, and adapt as things naturally unfold.
We offer gentle guidance when structure is helpful — like during portraits and family photos — and step back during emotional moments that deserve space. We’re always watching for the in-between interactions: the quiet nerves, shared glances, and moments you may not even realize are happening — sometimes simply reminding you to slow down and soak it all in, or creating space for your people to gather close for a quiet prayer or meaningful moment together.
As a photo and video team working together, we move seamlessly — capturing your day from multiple perspectives without interrupting it. Our goal is for you to feel present and supported, knowing everything meaningful is being documented while you stay focused on experiencing your day.
You’ll Receive:
• A sneak peek between 7-10 days after your wedding
• Your full gallery and/or films within the standard turnaround time outlined in the contract
• High-quality downloads and easy sharing options for you and your loved ones
After your wedding, you’ll also receive a post-wedding questionnaire. This gives you the opportunity to share anything important from the day — moments you loved, moments you’d prefer not be included, special details we may not know carry value, and any music or storytelling preferences for your films.
Every image and film is then thoughtfully curated and edited with that feedback in mind, resulting in work that reflects your day honestly — clean, natural, and timeless.

We’re Haley and Cam — a husband-and-wife team, parents, creatives, and people who genuinely love the life we’ve built together.
We’re parents to two little boys and three dogs, and that season of life has shaped how we show up — with patience, perspective, and a deep appreciation for meaningful moments. We’re Christians, family-oriented, and grounded in values that prioritize people over perfection.
When it comes to work, Haley is very much Type A — organized, prepared, and detail-driven. Cam balances that with a more Type B approach — steady, observant, and calm under pressure. Together, it creates a dynamic that’s both structured and relaxed, which carries directly into how we photograph and film wedding days.
Outside of weddings, we love good BBQ, a solid pour of whiskey, time outdoors, and slow evenings at home with our kids and dogs. We don’t take ourselves too seriously, but we take our work — and the people who trust us with it — very seriously.
At the end of the day, we believe relationships matter. We care deeply about the couples we work with, and we approach every wedding with the same care we’d want for our own.

A Note on Coverage & Customization
Most weddings require 8–10 hours of coverage to allow space for moments to unfold naturally without feeling rushed. Additional hours, add-ons, and upgrades are available to tailor your collection to your specific timeline and priorities.
Photo Only Collections
Our photo-only collections are designed for couples who want their wedding day documented with intention, consistency, and care — even if they’re not adding video.
Photo-only weddings are captured by members of our trusted associate team who are personally trained in our approach and editing style.
While Haley and Cam may not be physically present on the wedding day for these collections, all images are culled, edited, and delivered by us, ensuring the same timeless, true-to-color look throughout.

When audio is included in a collection, we intentionally weave vows, speeches, or other meaningful words into your film. For the best experience, we often recommend private vows, written letters, or moments where audio can be captured clearly and naturally.

Great question!
We don’t deliver RAW photos or video footage. What we promise our couples is fully edited, thoughtfully curated work — nothing meaningful is left out.
We never set image caps, so if a photo isn’t blurry, blinking, or a duplicate, it’s included in your gallery.
RAW video footage is often misunderstood. It typically consists of hundreds of short, unsteady clips from multiple angles, many of which aren’t usable or flattering. Our films rely on selecting the strongest moments and weaving them together intentionally.
For couples who want more documentation beyond a cinematic film, we offer options like uncut ceremony recordings, speech footage, and our Video Documentary Package, which provides longer-form coverage.
If you’re looking to see more of your day, we often recommend our Feature or Deluxe films, as these allow for deeper storytelling.

First know that we do not set image caps.
On average, couples receive approximately 75-150 images per hour of coverage, though this can vary depending on the day, events, and overall flow. If a moment is meaningful and in focus — it’s included.
We remove only duplicates, blinkies, and blurries.

When audio is included in your collection, we intentionally weave vows, speeches, or other meaningful words into your film.
We typically mic one partner and the officiant when possible and also connect to soundboards when available. For brides, mic placement depends on dress structure — when that’s not ideal, we may recommend:

or pre-recording vows or letter readings
These options allow for clear, usable audio while keeping everything natural.

For venues located more than 60 minutes or 50 miles from our home base in Northlake, Texas, a $150 travel fee applies.
Weddings requiring an overnight stay incur an additional $150 overnight fee.

Will Haley and Cam personally be at our wedding?
For photo + video collections, Haley and Cam are typically present and working alongside their team.
For photo-only or video-only collections, coverage may be provided by a member of our trusted associate team. This allows us to remain available for photo + video weddings, which naturally require more moving parts and hands-on involvement.
Every associate is hand-selected and personally trained by us to shoot in our style — the same balance of candid moments and thoughtful direction you see throughout our work. Regardless of who captures your wedding day, Haley and Cam are always behind the scenes, personally selecting images, handcrafting films, and completing all editing to ensure a consistent, true-to-color result.
If we’re not personally booked on your date, we’re always happy to be the ones there with you — but either way, you can trust that your day and your memories are in very good hands.

Bridal portraits are a session dedicated to photographing the bride in her wedding dress before the wedding day.
They’re completely optional — but often very helpful. On a wedding day, time can be limited, and we don’t always have the opportunity to capture dedicated bridal portraits. If these images are important to you, scheduling a bridal session ensures they don’t get rushed or missed.
Bridal sessions are also a great chance to do a hair and makeup trial, see how everything photographs, and make any adjustments before the wedding day.
Bridal sessions are complimentary with select collections — so if they’re included, it’s a great opportunity to take advantage of them.

At the end of your wedding day, there are only a few tangible things you take with you:
